This Privacy Policy describes how Relationship Tracker ("the App") handles information when you use our iOS application. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
Overview
Relationship Tracker helps you track relationship moments, notes, memories, and important dates for someone you care about. The App is designed for personal, private use on your device. We aim to be transparent about what the App stores and how subscriptions are handled.
Information you may store in the App
Depending on how you use the App, you may choose to store:
- Names and relationship details
- Photos you add
- Important dates (birthdays, anniversaries, milestones)
- Memories, notes, and gift ideas
- Reminder and notification preferences
- Appearance and personalisation settings
This information is entered by you and used within the App to provide countdowns, memory resurfacing, preparation tools, widgets, and optional notifications.
How your information is stored
On your device. Information you enter is stored locally on your iPhone. Relationship Tracker does not operate a public social network or profile system for your relationship data.
Widget data. If you use the optional Home Screen widget, a limited snapshot (such as partner name, next event, and countdown) may be stored in an on-device App Group container so the widget can update. This data remains on your device under your Apple account.
What we do not do
Based on the current version of Relationship Tracker:
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use the App for third-party advertising.
- We do not use cross-app tracking or analytics services for advertising purposes.
- We do not provide AI chatbots that generate affection or messages on your behalf.
If we introduce new data practices in the future, we will update this policy before they take effect where required by law.
Subscriptions and purchases
If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
We may use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlement access. RevenueCat may process information needed to validate purchases in accordance with its own privacy practices.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, the App schedules local reminders based on your dates and settings. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings at any time.
Support and email
If you contact us at hazcottlimited@gmail.com, we receive the information you include in your message (such as your email address and message content) so we can respond to help requests, bug reports, or privacy questions.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has contacted us with personal information, please email us and we will take appropriate steps.
Data retention and deletion
You can edit or delete items within the App. Deleting the App from your device generally removes locally stored App data from that device, subject to your backup settings.

Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information handled through the App. No method of storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights

Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date at the top when we do. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy, where permitted by law.
